Think Bambu Info

Culture

Think Bambu is a people business. We are only as strong as our people so we’re very careful about bringing in the right cultural mix and fit. It’s important that everyone part of Think Bambu can trust and work alongside each other. We encourage a caring and kind culture. We are looking for individuals who are supportive, pro-active in their nature and will embrace the values of Think Bambu.

We’ve all been in previous professional positions where that is not the case. At Think Bambu, everyone is treated with respect and empathy. This is important to us and we would like it if it was equally as important to you.

Benefits

The benefits we offer are shaped by lifestyle choices.

Flexible working

Our motto is that you work at times that suit you. As long as the work is done to a high standard and on time, it doesn’t matter when it’s completed.  For example, if you want to head to the gym for a couple of hours during the day and complete tasks at night then cool! Do it.

We would ask that you make yourself available for client calls when you need to be. It would be handy is you reply to emails in a timely fashion. We’re aware that everyone has different working patterns and commitments outside of work (mainly kids), so we cater to that.

Remote working

You can work from home. We all do. We also pay for your internet. All you need to do is send us your internet bill and we add it to your monthly pay.

We’re also aware that it can be lonely working from home at times, so we schedule in optional non-work chats twice a week.

Quarterly bonus

Depending on company performance, we reward everyone on a quarterly basis.

We appreciate everyone’s efforts so we feel to be rewarded financially on a regular basis is a fair trade.

Referral bonus

If you refer a client, you earn 10% of their first fee. For example, if you refer a client, we win the project/retainer and the first month fee is £5K – you can expect £500 to come your way in your next monthly pay.

Training

If you spot a training opportunity for yourself, let us know and we’ll see what we can do to foot the bill/split it with you. Anyone trying to upskill themselves should be encouraged to do so.

Salary Review

We review the salaries annually. The offered salary would be the beginning as we understand that everyone has aspirations to increase their salary.
